Sketch Contest at PageMaps

This is a layout I am entering in the PageMaps Ye Be Thankful contest. First here is the sketch:

And here is my layout:

I Stickled the do-do out of this page. I am sooooo in love with Stickles!!! Even though the stickers were already blinged up I felt the need to bling them even more with the stickles. I Stickled up the felt ribbon flowers, the paper with the flowers printed on them, in the holes of the paper I punched with the Threading Water Punch, even on the fake stitching line I templated!!!

Page Maps Think Pink Contest

OK, so I NEVER read the whole thing!!! I look at the sketch and the rest just goes in one eye and out the other. I saw this great sketch, immediately got an idea and ran with it without reading the part about how I should do a "meaningful page." One that "means as much to me as breast cancer means to Becky Fleck." But actually Halloween at my dad's is very meaningful. It's a huge to-do that my kids will remember forever. They look forward to it every year. My dad and step-mom enjoy putting on the big party and being THE HOUSE to go to in Lynchburg, Ohio on Begger's Night. Our extended family enjoys getting together and being wacky! This is very meaningful.

Here is Becky's sketch:

Here's another one!

This is another sketch from Creatively Yours. I had this idea to do for the Memory Makers Masters contest. You had to do a layout on something you believe. This is what I believe. God sent His Son to die for us. If we believe in Him we will never die. We will live forever!

Another creation for Creatively Yours!

This is my take on the card sketch. This is a framed representation of a wedding invite. I work with the bride's mother. I am going to give it to them as a gift.

My latest creation for Creatively Yours!

This is a chore chart I made from a sketch at Creatively Yours. I purchased a 9x9 magnetic memo board from the dollar store. I covered it with paper. I put my childrens' pics on it. They have three chores they are responsible for. I wrote each chore on a circle and held it to the clipboard with the magnets that came with the board (that's them with the buttons glued on the end!) and voila! Each child knows what they are responsible for that week!!! As you can see Peyton is responsible for picking up all of the clothes this week!

What a bunch of garbage!!!

Litterally!!! The latest challenge at Scrap-n-Crop Store was to make a layout only using items you had been hoarding, items that were not scrapbook items but item we thought would be cool on a page. Then only scrapbook items we could use were cardstock for our base and a picture. Here was my entry:

I used crayons, scissors, pencils, homework, classwork, folders and diecuts!

This is what Rhonna Farrer (yes, THE RHONNA FARRER!!!) said about my layout:
